Should we allow the use of multi-keying?
I feel like multi-keying should not be allowed at all due to the fact that you can level as many characters you want in close to the same time as you would level one character with the exception of exams.
This brings a huge dilemma when it comes to earning what you have.
Getting 3+ characters capped out in the time it takes to do one completely ruins game play as far as I'm concerned.
Now, I'm asking you what you think. Should we allow multi-keying?
The people that vote AND leave comments will have their opinion taken more seriously that those who do NOT leave a comment.
So please, let us know what you think.

I believe 1000% multi--keying is fine it's not hurting anyone else's experience of the game since you're earning what you get if someone isn't doing it as quickly you then your saying your not earning because you're committing more time to playing then someone else. Personally if someone's not good enough to better then your second account that you use when you get bored its not your fault that you're bedding then them.

Allow Multikeying.
Though the other multikeys cannot reach the rank above Hunter-Nin so they must maintain Jounin Rank.

I said it before in-game and I'll say it again; Multi-keying has never really been a problem with people playing this game, except for the few who would alt kill (which were pretty easy to catch and would result in a ban, cause it was part of our rules not to do that). Some people have more free time on their hands than others, and a lot of people just like the opportunity to try out other clans and village jutsus. And then there's some of us who just log on other people's characters (friends) to meditate for them because they don't have good internet/can't stay connected/can't leave their computer(s) on/have to be gone for work/school/whatever, and nobody's ever had a problem with that until now. If you want to limit people from getting past a certain level with alts, then fine. It's still NOT that hard to keep track of who is who, and who their actual alts are, and making sure that they don't rank more than one character past a certain level. Keep a list on the forum, publicly, for everyone to see, if you must go to that extreme... but don't ban multi-keying altogether. Just think of how much harder it'll be to round up enough capped genin for a chuunin exam the next time you want to host one.

I wish for multikeying to be kept in the game, as I think it should be available for players to be able to do so, even though you could do what you've said, I still think as part of the game, it should still be available for people to do.

i think it should be kept, being a med whore when your online is fine, but as blitz said, trying out new clans is a big part of multi keying, and sometimes free time while your main is meding makes the game a little more fun. (i also agree with everything blitz said)

I have voted that multi-keying stay as long as the rule created for it is respected. If you have a main account and an alt. your alt should only be able to achieve the rank of ANBU but nothing higher to save room for others attaining that rank. Some people may not have time like others, so when it comes to training, they miss out on a lot and if a friend is kind enough to offer help upon that, that's their choice.

Personally I feel at a disadvantage as I havent' been around these games for years like some of you have, and would like to check out the other clans to get a feel of them, without multikeying this would mean my Main would have to suffer. For this use, I see no reason why a Multi would have to go past Jounin, let alone get to ANBU.
However if it gets to a Point where people use their Multi's to harrass or lessen the game experience for other players I think the issue should be revisited. (Like lets say inciting a Rivalry between two villages when their main is in a completely different village.)

At this point now that I've gathered input from players I think I'd like to program it so you can either A, 2 Characters online at once per IP, or B, have 2 characters online at once per computer. Which means a Main and an Alt, or a Main and a Friends character. However I'd like to mention that there will be a rank limitation unless it's a friends character, in which case it won't matter.
Let me know what you guys think. Input input input! You are all helping decide the decision in this, so please take the time to write about it here!

To be honest i'd just say leave it as is, but really my judgement may not be worth it, I feel that having more than two alts or more than two of your friends characters on as fine, however input rules about multikeys only being able to get to such and such rank, not to do such and such with your multikey and such and such. Get my drift? And if they don't abide by the rules, warn them, and if they still don't, get the 'Ban Hammer' out.

This poll is closed. Nobody was willing to negotiate and after I set a small restriction, everyone freaked out like it was the end of the world.
